Coastal Wedding Awards Sponsorship Agreement

By purchasing a sponsorship, the sponsor acknowledges and agrees that:

• Sponsorship benefits are provided according to the selected sponsorship level.

• Sponsorship fees are non-refund

• The event organizer reserves the right to modify event dates, locations, programming, and promotional opportunities as necessary.

• Sponsors grant permission for the use of their company name, logo, and submitted materials for event marketing and promotional purposes.

• Sponsors are responsible for providing all required materials by published deadlines.

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse sponsorships that are inconsistent with the event's standards or mission.

• Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
